Communication: Effectively communicate with individuals or groups verbally and in writing, including customers, suppliers, and associates.
Business Plan Implementation: Drive and implement the business plan for the area of responsibility to achieve facility goals such as production, quality, and safety, while implementing operational improvements.
Community Engagement: Serve as a community liaison by participating in local and community organizations and charitable activities. Champion company-sponsored programs and events to associates, customers, and the local community.
Supervision and Management: Supervise and manage associates and leaders by providing direction, monitoring performance, and giving feedback. Identify training and development needs, providing opportunities for learning and growth. Participate in the hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation of associates, leaders, and managers.
Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with Logistics and company quality and safety standards, policies, procedures, and directives by developing, distributing, and maintaining procedures and supporting documentation.
Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns using own judgment or consulting others when needed.
HR Functions Management: Oversee and conduct day-to-day operations of all HR-related functions, including benefits, hiring/transfers, terminations, payroll, and associate relations programs. Execute and refine recruiting and staffing initiatives, monitor training completion, and address employment-related concerns.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with company HR policies and local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Review and manage the accuracy, confidentiality, and maintenance of HR documents. Assist in implementing and ensuring compliance with HR systems and applications. Advise on, research, and resolve HR-related issues, and analyze data to recommend and make HR business decisions.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a retail or logistics environment.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and proficiency in HR software.
Certifications: HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
Other Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00-$126,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
