Talent Attraction Specialist

40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Hybrid, Budapest

The Role

 

As our new Talent Attraction Specialist you will be actively partnering with our regional and local stakeholders and play a key role in supporting the end-to-end Talent Acquisition Process, improving the effectiveness of the selection while providing a great candidate experience.

 

 

Your Responsibilities:

 

  • Partner with hiring managers and other Recruiters to identify position requirements and develop/deploy tailored recruitment strategies
  • Partner with hiring managers in the interview process and offer management
  • Creatively source candidates through a variety of methods
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions and job adverts that attract top talent
  • Perform screening and first contact with candidates, book and conduct subsequent interviews
  • Identify opportunities to continuously improve the candidate experience
  • Manage various stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with employee data protection policies
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment, adeptly navigating between different markets

 

About you

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

     

Experience:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in recruitment preferably in an international company or agency

     

Competencies/ Other skills:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of sourcing, recruitment and interviewing methods and techniques
  • Experience in ATS systems
  • Experience of managing diversified positions/stakeholders
  • Ability to recognize what results are important and what steps need to be taken to achieve them
  • Process driven mindset: you believe in guidelines and efficiency, follow the process and suggest ideas for continuously improving
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Resilience, responsivity, timeliness, proactivity
  • Proficient user of the full Microsoft Office application package

 

Languages:

  • Full professional proficiency in English (German / Spanish / French / Italian / Dutch is a plus)
