Role Overview:
The VP of Marketing will be responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that strengthens SBG Funding’s brand presence and engages our target audience. This individual will lead all facets of marketing, from brand development and digital engagement to high-level content creation, ensuring that our messaging is impactful, consistent, and aligned with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities1. Brand Strategy & Creative Direction
- Develop and implement a design-focused marketing strategy that sets SBG Funding apart in the market.
- Oversee the creation and execution of all brand assets and campaigns, ensuring a cohesive visual identity and compelling storytelling across all marketing channels.
2. Content Development & Digital Innovation
- Lead the strategy for content development across channels, crafting engaging, relevant content that resonates with our audience and reinforces our brand values.
- Drive innovation in digital content, especially on social media, ensuring our brand stays relevant and top-of-mind for potential customers.
3. Growth & Lead Generation Campaigns
- Designed and managed data-driven marketing campaigns to attract and convert target audiences, including paid advertising, email marketing, and digital engagement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop creative assets that drive engagement and conversion, enhancing brand reach and customer acquisition.
4. Brand Consistency & Asset Management
- Maintain and elevate the SBG Funding brand across all touchpoints, ensuring messaging and visual identity consistency.
- Lead the creation and management of brand guidelines that support a strong, recognizable brand presence in the market.
5. Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to bring creative, design-led marketing campaigns to life, aligning with business objectives.
6. Performance Measurement & Strategy Optimization
- Utilize marketing analytics and performance data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, continually optimizing strategies to achieve maximum impact and return on investment.
Qualifications- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven track record of building and executing design-led marketing strategies, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful brand campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Leadership & Communication: Strong project management and team leadership skills, with an ability to inspire creative teams and drive results.
- Digital & Content Savvy: Expertise in modern content, social media, and digital marketing trends, with a demonstrated ability to drive engagement across multiple channels.
- Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach to decision-making, with experience using performance insights to guide strategy.
