Job Description

  • Empfang und erster Ansprechpartner für MitarbeiterInnen, DienstleisterInnen einschließlich Begrüßung und Betreuung von Gästen sowie internen und externen Partnern
  • Bearbeitung der ein- und ausgehenden Post und Verteilung der Post an die jeweiligen Teams
  • Unterstützung bei allen Bestellungen für das Büro (z. B. Büromaterial, Getränke usw.)
  • Unterstützung des HR-Teams beim Onboarding, um unseren neuen KollegenInnen einen guten Start bei Scalable zu ermöglichen
  • Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von internen und externen Events sowie Terminkoordination und Unterstützung in vielfältigen organisatorischen Belangen
  • Unterstützung des CEO Office bei administrativen Tätigkeiten

Qualifications

  • Du hast vorzugsweise erste Erfahrungen im Empfangsbereich oder im Büromanagement, Event-/Reisemanagement, Hotellerie gesammelt
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit, Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und Souveränität auch in stressigen Situationen zeichnen Dich aus
  • Du hast eine positive Ausstrahlung und ein sicheres, offenes und freundliches Auftreten 
  • Du verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit und Serviceorientierung
  • Du hast gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office/G-Suite
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
