Telesales Representative

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales and leads for our company. You will be responsible for generating leads over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our financial advisory services.
  • Collaborate with the sales & operations team to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
  • Maintain a database of client interactions and follow up on leads.
  • Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions
  • Provide detailed information about various financial products and services like Insurance, Mutual funds etc
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
  • Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Candidates with NISM - MF Advisory module /CFP/CWM would have an added advantage
  • Graduate / Post Graduate in Finance with a minimum of 6 months of experience in tele calling or outbound sales
