The expected annual salary range for this role is $90,0000 - $120,000 annually. The salary range provided in this job posting reflects the base compensation for this position, which is based in Bridgeville, PA. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as work location, relevant experience, education, and skill level. At Sécheron Hasler Group, we're looking for a dedicated Project Manager to join our innovative team and help manage North American customer projects focused on traction power substation activities. With a legacy of over 140 years in railroad technology, we pride ourselves on delivering Swiss-quality electrical and electronic safety components and solutions. As the Project Manager, you'll be the architect behind the coordination and execution of diverse project phases, from initiation to close-out, ensuring that everything aligns with customer contracts regarding scope, cost, and quality. Collaboration is key, so you'll work closely with cross-functional teams in our manufacturing facilities in Europe and develop solid relationships with internal team members. Your role will also involve managing logistics and design processes with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery. Ideally, you possess a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering along with a PMP certification or equivalent training. With a minimum of three years' experience in project management within the electrical field, or five years as a Project Coordinator, you’ll have the skills needed to lead teams effectively. Strong organizational abilities, advanced Microsoft Excel expertise, and excellent communication skills are essential for success.
