Who you are:
The Project Manager, Revenue Operations, will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing complex systems implementation and business intelligence (BI) projects within the Revenue Operations department. This role will work cross-functionally with internal team members as well as stakeholders across Affiliates, Marketing, Customer Service, Support, Finance, and Product teams to ensure successful project outcomes, alignment with business goals, and on-time delivery. A successful candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, ensuring project milestones are met while managing risks and dependencies. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a proven track record in managing large-scale implementations and BI projects.

As a Project Manager at HighLevel, you will play a pivotal role in our Revenue Operations team, leading large-scale systems implementation and business intelligence projects that drive our business forward. Based in Delhi and working remotely from anywhere, you’ll report directly to our VP of Revenue Operations and collaborate with various teams across our organization. Your leadership skills will shine as you navigate complex project requirements, ensuring we meet our targets on time and on budget. At HighLevel, our mission is to empower businesses through innovative solutions, and your contribution will be vital in making this happen. You’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, and facilitate open communication that promotes teamwork and alignment with our business goals. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of project management experience, especially in fast-paced SaaS environments, and know how to leverage Agile methodologies and tools like Asana or Jira to ensure project success.
