Field Marketing and Events Manager

Summary:

Securly is seeking a dynamic professional to fulfill the Field Marketing Manager and Events Coordinator role. This position is critical to advancing the execution of our field marketing initiatives by ensuring the seamless planning and execution of trade show events. To be successful, the Events and Field Marketing Coordinator will need to be highly organized and detail-oriented with well-developed project management and communication skills.

Location: This is a remote role with limited travel (~5 times per year for several days).

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning and Execution
  • Manage all aspects of short- and long-term event planning and management, including:
  • Vendor coordination
  • Budget tracking and ROI analysis
  • Swag and collateral allocation and delivery
  • On-site event operations for major US trade shows
  • Tracking project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Collaboration with the creative and product marketing teams on design and content elements including booth design, collateral, and product positioning
  • Deliver pre-event briefings and post-event evaluation presentations to the sales and executive teams
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for event inquiries and logistics.
  • Operations and Event Organization
  • Maintain and update SOPs to ensure efficiency in marketing operations.
  • Leverage project management tools to ensure all aspects of each event are tracked and completed on time.
  • Work closely with creative, product marketing, and demand gen teams to promote events successfully.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in leading event management and field marketing, with a solid track record of successfully overseeing a high volume of trade shows annually (50+ shows).
  • Remarkable organizational and project management abilities, paired with high attention to detail.
  • Self-governing initiator who can drive deliverables with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to skillfully prioritize and manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable interfacing with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, partners, customer success, and senior management.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Background in EdTech or B2B software/technical markets.
  • Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp.
  • Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce & HubSpot.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
