Senior Antenna Design Engineer

Job Description:
Architect cost-efficient, high-performance antenna architectures for high-end Massive MIMO radios. Specify the Antenna requirement from System requirements. Simulate and design antenna based on those specifications. Will use several simulation tools during the design phase and physical tools to design and characterize devices. Collaborate with 3rd party vendors if part of the design is done outside the company. Create documentation explaining design and implementation and hold design reviews with peers. Integrate with other hardware and software in the radio and ensure system works as specified. Cooperate with other team members to ensure the proper functionality of radio and make sure performance and quality is met. Create verification plans for testing and review test reports. Based on the outcome of the Integration and testing, may need to do root cause analysis for failures. If so, provide and implement solution. Go through the iterative process of design document update, integration/verification, and test report review. Support prototype and mass production of the design including but not limited to, defining production test method, production test implementation, and yield improvement. Position requires 10% domestic travel for business meetings at unanticipated locations in the U.S
