Senior Demand Generation Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative professional to join the marketing team at Mark43. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving pipeline and revenue growth through best-in-class marketing program management and execution.

The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have outstanding communication skills, and are able to work with a diverse group of stakeholders to build consensus and drive projects forward. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to assess and execute, are crucial. You are highly results-oriented and know that you'll be measured on impact, not activities.

On an average day, you might develop a multi-channel campaign strategy, meet with your marketing colleagues to strategize on delivering a product launch, or draft messaging for the upcoming industry conference. You'll touch all parts of the demand funnel and work closely with Sales to make sure the pipeline is available for them to qualify and advance.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute demand generation programs which build and accelerate pipeline
  • Work closely with sales and SDR teams — understand their needs to help accelerate deals, provide visibility to pipeline, and improve conversion
  • Drive co-marketing with partners, working with their marketing team and ours to develop and execute programs that raise awareness and generate leads
  • Contribute to product launches and the company's messaging to the industry
  • Create and maintain complex, multi-channel campaigns that support all phases of the sales cycle
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure all relevant teams across the organization are kept informed of demand generation programs
  • Manage relationships with agencies and other third parties as needed
  • Analyze and share results, trends, and insights; report out regularly to executives and your immediate team

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in demand generation, preferably within an enterprise software company or for a company with public sector customers
  • Track record of crafting and executing demand generation programs from ideation to launch
  • Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Expertise in, or ability to quickly learn, tools like Hubspot and Salesforce

Our HQ is located in New York, however, the company has shifted to a hybrid work environment. We welcome candidates who wish to work remotely, as long as they are willing to travel on occasion.

We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a target base annual salary range of $110,000-$140,000. plus bonus opportunity, company stock options, and a full benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and a 401k with a company match. Please note that the higher end of this range will be reserved for candidates with appropriate experience who reside in high cost of living areas.
