The opportunity:
Datadog is looking for a Head of Talent Management to create, implement and evaluate a new strategy for the identification and development of talent to retain and engage our future leaders. Your focus will be related to performance feedback, talent review, talent calibration and succession planning â with early focus on building and establishing consistent, global processes for best in class talent management practices. This role is critical to the execution of organization-wide performance feedback cycles and talent planning programs as we rapidly scale.
You will have the opportunity to make a big impact at Datadog by leading the team that oversees the global performance feedback process, internal mobility, career growth planning and more. Each process will require iterative design, build and implementation plans as we continue to improve and fine tune them. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing a new global talent review process for talent planning. You will also partner closely with Leaders and People Business Partners to lead and facilitate talent calibration discussions that drive impactful talent decisions and outcomes.
As the leader of our Talent Management function, your team will significantly shape our talent management strategies and enable us to build impactful activities that support the business in addressing critical talent challenges as we grow and scale our company. The successful candidate will serve as an expert across the organization and will be highly adept at driving initiatives forward collaboratively and influentially.
