About the Role:


As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager at Lyra Health, you will be an integral part of the Product Marketing team, with a specific focus on enhancing the member experience. Reporting to the Group Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of your core platform area. From shaping the product roadmap to overseeing product launches and post-launch optimization, your role will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our offerings. Collaborating with various teams, you will create essential sales and marketing materials and provide support to our sales and customer success teams.


Responsibilities:


  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and shape the product roadmap.
  • Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop compelling and differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences. Craft clear value propositions that highlight the unique selling points of our products.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, clinical, customer success, sales, and marketing, to create comprehensive go-to-market plans for product launches and updates. Ensure seamless execution of these plans and track metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality marketing content, such as product collateral, sales presentations, and marketing materials, to support product promotion and sales efforts.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with the necessary tools and training to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers. Develop sales enablement materials, including training sessions and product guides.
  • Demand Generation: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute demand generation campaigns that drive awareness, generate leads, and increase conversions for our products.
  • Customer Insights: Gather feedback from customers, analyze customer behavior, and identify opportunities for product improvements to influence product roadmap. Utilize customer insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Product Launches and Promotions: Plan and execute impactful product launches and promotional activities to ensure maximum visibility and market penetration.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience of at least 6+ years in product marketing for healthcare or technology products or services, with a successful track record of driving product adoption and utilization.
  • Strong understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and marketing best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and communicate complex concepts effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • A strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving and strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new products.
  • Experience working closely with product management. 
  • Knowledge of the health tech industry and a keen awareness of emerging trends in the market is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Flexibility and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.


$119,000 - $183,000 a year


As a full-time Sr. Product Marketing Manager, you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $119,000-183,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. 


At Lyra, base salary is only one aspect of an employee’s total compensation package, which additionally may include discretionary restricted stock unit awards, comprehensive medical and dental coverage, and retirement benefits. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
