GrowthSpace is looking for a Senior Regional Sales Director that has experience building a sales team and working with clients in multiple industries, with specific Learning and Development business challenges requiring a unique data drive / ROI solution.

Position Summary:

As the Regional Sales Director, you will help build and lead a dynamic sales team of 3-5 people and help GrowthSpace surpass our 2022/23 growth goals and objectives. The right candidate is responsible for building and leading a world-class sales team, implementing technology and processes, and partnering with the, customer success, marketing, product, engineering and operations teams to deliver the best possible customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes regional market dynamics in an effort to maximize existing successes and create new sales growth opportunities
  • Educates team on significant industry factors including competitive products, regulations, trends, customer needs, and pricing
  • Prepares forecasts, territory/industry management, and growth plans
  • Establishes sales cadence and reports on metrics to measure team performance; corrects deficiencies where necessary
  • Ensures that the regional sales plan is aligned with and supports the corporate revenue goal
  • Recruits hires and trains staff members; fosters a successful and positive team environment

Requirements:
  • Possess a full understanding of customer sales cycle. From qualification through negotiations, contracting and rollout.
  • Proven sales management experience with a minimum of 5+ years of sales management experience
  • HR Tech, HR SaaS, L&D, Talent Development, and industry vertical experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player mentality with the ability to work independently toward ambitious goals
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Experience selling in the Western US (California, Washington, Utah, Colorado)
