GrowthSpace is looking for a Senior Regional Sales Director that has experience building a sales team and working with clients in multiple industries, with specific Learning and Development business challenges requiring a unique data drive / ROI solution.

Position Summary:
As the Regional Sales Director, you will help build and lead a dynamic sales team of 3-5 people and help GrowthSpace surpass our 2022/23 growth goals and objectives. The right candidate is responsible for building and leading a world-class sales team, implementing technology and processes, and partnering with the, customer success, marketing, product, engineering and operations teams to deliver the best possible customer experience.
Responsibilities:

Analyzes regional market dynamics in an effort to maximize existing successes and create new sales growth opportunities

Educates team on significant industry factors including competitive products, regulations, trends, customer needs, and pricing

Prepares forecasts, territory/industry management, and growth plans

Establishes sales cadence and reports on metrics to measure team performance; corrects deficiencies where necessary

Ensures that the regional sales plan is aligned with and supports the corporate revenue goal

Recruits hires and trains staff members; fosters a successful and positive team environment

Requirements:
- Possess a full understanding of customer sales cycle. From qualification through negotiations, contracting and rollout.

Proven sales management experience with a minimum of 5+ years of sales management experience

HR Tech, HR SaaS, L&D, Talent Development, and industry vertical experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Team player mentality with the ability to work independently toward ambitious goals

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

Experience selling in the Western US (California, Washington, Utah, Colorado)
