About the Role
We’re looking for a talented Senior Technical Recruiter to partner with our hiring managers to identify top talent, build diverse pipelines, and hire world class talent at Lattice. You’ll work to build strong relationships with hiring managers across Engineering as well as other technical teams.
You’ll be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish as well as improving hiring processes to streamline the recruiting process to make sure both candidates and hiring teams have a great experience.
