SEO Manager - FLORIDA

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Develop strategy for, implement and manage SEO campaigns to maintain optimum company rankings in organic search results
• Develop and implement online reputation management (ORM) programs for crisis communications arising from personal, brand or company activities
• Optimize website content for maximum visibility and ranking the major search engines including; HTML, site structure, page layout and navigation considerations
• Control naming conventions and linking conventions of web pages, images and multimedia files
• Manage in-bound link development from relevant sites and directories
• Perform information gathering services including technical website analysis, competitive/keyword research and link analysis
• Monitor, review and update web site traffic reports
• Perform content maintenance and updates
• Think creatively to produce new ideas and design concepts
• Perform technical site analysis, competitive/keyword research and link analysis on an on-going basis

Here's what you'll need:

• 3-4 years previous experience with search engine guidelines, algorithms, and ranking factors
• Experience with WordPress and other CMS systems
• Strong background in web analytics, including expertise in Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools
• Knowledge of search engine best practices and ranking strategies
• Excellent project management and written communication skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Must be creative and possess sharp attention to detail
