As an integral member of ServiceNow’s Global Learning & Development organization, the Senior Onboarding Delivery Instructor is responsible for delivering onboarding programs for new hire sellers, sales leaders, and other go-to-market roles. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that new hire sellers are equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge, and tools to excel in their roles. You will collaborate with various departments to develop and implement effective training strategies that align with the company's sales objectives.
The role is highly collaborative that involves working with key stakeholders in the Onboarding team, Global Learning & Development organization, and subject matter experts in the field, as well as engaging with new hires throughout their learning journey.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $143,300 - $233,851, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.
Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
