Here’s what you’ll be doing:


As the Brand Manager at Simply Business, you will have the unique opportunity to lead the transformation of our brand campaigns to help unlock significant growth potential aligned with our brand strategy and business goals. 


Under the guidance of Bonny (Head of Brand Marketing), you’ll be our team expert in planning, executing and measuring brand advertising campaigns – working with agency partners as well as close collaboration with our PR and Social Media Managers to ensure brand objectives are effectively met. 


You’ll focus primarily on driving consistent, flawless execution of Simply Business brand activation plans by ensuring effective implementation of brand strategy and action plans.


As our Brand Manager, you’ll:
  • build the strategies and plans to grow awareness, perceptions and consideration levels amongst our key target audiences
  • drive our brand advertising campaigns forward, raising the bar on effectiveness by examining performance to unearth valuable, actionable insights
  • lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of brand campaigns across various channels
  • drive maximum returns on ad campaigns by collaborating with the agency partners and internal teams to optimize strategies, placement types, and ad formats
  • build strong relationships with media owners to stay at the forefront of new paid media strategies


We’re looking for someone who is:
  • experienced in brand marketing and campaign activation with prior knowledge of Above-The-Line and digital campaigns aimed at building brands
  • highly collaborative and able to build strong and effective relationships with internal brand colleagues and external agencies to create and manage campaigns on TV, YouTube, Radio and beyond
  • enthusiastic about data, measurement and reporting on performance with excellent written, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • in tune with small business owners, their needs and their wants and the role insurance could play in their lives / livelihoods
