Insurance Product Manager

Here’s what you’ll be doing:


Working innovatively with mixed products, you’ll work with the commercial business owner, as well as our Insurer Relations, Partnerships, Pricing, Customer Insight, Data, Tech, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations teams to deliver the high value strategy.


Reporting to Kat (Senior Insurance Product Manager), you’ll bring your passion for the job. In the High Value team we talk things through and value everyone’s opinion to challenge and improve our offering.


As one of our Product Managers, you’ll:
  • help to define the high value product strategy and delivery
  • explore customer problems with our digital product teams, looking for opportunities to drive great customer experiences and product growth
  • use customer and data insights to identify, assess, and prioritise opportunities 
  • budget, re-forecast, and track performance
  • making sure we meet the needs of our customers by keeping our insurance competitive, transparent, and easy to access 
  • negotiate with insurer and MGA partners on customer appetite, proposition and pricing 


We’re looking for someone who is:
  • enthusiastic about customers and their needs and understands how to achieve commercial outcomes
  • a great problem solver who can show experience of ownership, initiative, and delivery
  • experienced in delivering and growing a digital insurance product  
  • able to launch and scale commercial insurance products
