Sitetracker is looking for a Renewal Operations Manager (ideally based in Austin, TX) who is responsible for managing the renewal process for all of Sitetracker’s global customers.
This role is a critical part of the team that ensures our customers continue doing business with Sitetracker each year. This person will work with Sales, Customer Success, and Sitetracker leadership to ensure that all renewal steps are processed in a timely and expeditious manner. You will interface directly with the customer to gather key details related to the contract. As a Salesforce admin, you will also own the internal Salesforce process for managing renewals in our CRM.

If you can read through contractual agreements and pinpoint key commercial terms, that's a plus! Within your first month, you’ll dive deep into our renewal process, all while developing a comprehensive playbook by your sixth month to streamline operations. By the time you hit the one-year mark, you’ll be our go-to expert on renewals, effectively managing the entire process from metrics to executive reporting.
