Learning and Development Operations Trainer

Job Description

Sixt is looking for an Operations Trainer to achieve training objectives by leading all classroom-based trainings, creating training materials to align with company goals, following up with onboarding and tracking training completion.

The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes: 
•    Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills  
•    Comfortable presenting in front of large crowds 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Facilitates all classroom and virtual led training 
  • Onboard new employees 
  • Continually update training materials to align with operational needs 
  • Maintain the appearance of the training center up to Sixt standards 
  • Perform in-person coaching at the branch level 
  • Track all training completion for the participants
  • Oversees the organization of training dates, travel, and direct billing accounts

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred 
  • 2-5 years of management or training experience 
  • Team-based project experience 
  • Clear understanding of the training process 
  • Strong vendor management skills related to hotel accounts and lunch options during training 
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint 
  • Ability to travel up to 20-25%

Salary Range : $70,000 - $80,000 DOE
