The Sales Europe team is almost complete. Following the integration of the latest Skeepers solutions, we now want to conquer new markets in Europe ! Our goal is to improve our ARR and make sure to remain the European Leader of UGC Solutions.
Your Manager
You will join a team of 8 - 10 people, managed by the VP Sales Europe, in the Sales Department. The team is covering mainly Southern Europe, DACH, and it is growing to expand in UKI, Nordics and Benelux.
Your Responsibilities
As a Senior EMEA Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our English-speaking markets (UK, IE, DACH, Benelux and Nordics). Your key responsibilities will include:
- Pipeline Development: Building and managing a high-quality pipeline of strategic accounts, focusing on enterprise clients.
- Prospecting & Outreach: Proactively identifying and reaching out to key decision-makers using a mix of tools, including CRM systems, Linkedin, and personalized email campaigns.
- Consultative Selling: Conducting strategic discovery calls to uncover pain points, demonstrate ROI, and align our solutions with clients' business needs.
- Product Demonstrations: Leading tailored demos of our SaaS platform, effectively communicating its value proposition and addressing specific client challenges.
- Objection Handling: Reassuring and educating prospects who may be hesitant about adopting SaaS solutions, fostering trust and confidence.
- Relationship Management: Building and nurturing long-term relationships with prospects to position yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Closing Deals: Negotiating contracts and finalizing deals, ensuring smooth handoffs to the Customer Success team for implementation and ongoing success.
- Market Awareness: Monitoring and responding to competitive market trends to position our services effectively.
- Revenue Growth: Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities by deeply understanding customer use cases and their evolving needs.

What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Account Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will be an ideal profile for the role, if you have:
- Proven expertise: A strong record as an Account Executive, with demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- SaaS Sales Mastery: Between 3 and 5 years of Experience in selling SaaS solutions to enterprise accounts, with a focus on Martech or Customer Experience (CX) platforms.
- Consultative Selling Skills: The ability to navigate complex sales processes, build tailored solutions, and deliver value to clients with long sales cycles. Being trained in MEDDPICC or Value Selling is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to drive net new revenue by breaking into new markets from scratch, managing large, complex accounts, and leveraging strategic growth initiatives through cross-selling and upselling opportunities to some of our largest, most strategic existing customers in the US or EMEA to focus on other markets expansion, cross sell and upsell to achieve your annual ARR quota.
- Meet/Exceed your Quota: You will work to develop in Europe some of our largest, most strategic existing customers and to focus on cross-sell and upsell expansion to achieve your annual ARR quota.
- Customer-Centric Approach: A deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to foster engagement through personalized strategies.
- Exceptional Communication: Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills to influence and build trust with stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Strategic Thinking: Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and craft impactful sales strategies.
- Resilience & Ambition: A positive, can-do attitude, with the determination to overcome challenges and deliver results.
- Collaboration & Teamwork: A team player who actively partners with internal teams to drive success and deliver outstanding client outcomes.
- Multilingual Proficiency: Bilingual in English, with German language skills considered a strong plus for engaging in international markets.
- Time Management Excellence: The ability to prioritize, organize, and manage time effectively in a fast-moving sales environment.
- Strong forecasting acumen with prior experience with Salesforce.com CRM, or other CRM used to manage sales pipeline
