Key Responsibilities

Platform Management (CMS)

  • Manage and maintain the CMS platform.
  • Test and update web pages to ensure accuracy.
  • Track daily leads, manage tags, and update data within the CMS.
  • Build, create, modify, and automate email campaigns and newsletters.
  • Upload course videos and manage course creation.
  • Monitor customer cancellations and design retention strategies.

Customer Interaction

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and social media.
  • Create and post ads on social media platforms.
  • Keep records of customer interactions to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Customer Feedback

  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback submitted through our feedback form.
  • Maintain feedback on our website and follow up for photos to feature on our "Wall of Fame."

Lead Tracking and Follow-Up

  • Track leads received through BotPenguin.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries across email, social media, YouTube, Chaty, and WhatsApp Business.

Collaboration Management

  • Manage collaboration emails to explore partnership opportunities.
