Marketplace Operations Specialist Our client is seeking a Marketplace Operations Specialist to join their dynamic team, focusing on connecting marketplace strategies with operational excellence. This role is integral to ensuring order accuracy, shipment timeliness, and effective communication across internal and external partnerships. This role is a hybrid model in Boston, Massachusetts. Marketplace Operations Specialist Responsibilities• Partner with global teams to enter and reconcile seasonal orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.• Collaborate with internal teams, including GP Operations Specialists, GP Planning, and WE Operations, to align shipment plans and business recaps.• Work with external partners to manage seasonal buy recaps and facilitate customs clearance in the EMEA region.• Develop and drive reporting efficiencies within the Boston office, leveraging data analytics and business intelligence tools.• Serve as a key liaison between marketplace operations, logistics, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless processes and communication.Marketplace Operations Specialist Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of directly relevant work experience.• 1-3 years of experience in account management, logistics, or analytics is preferred.• Proficiency in SAP/BI systems is required.• Experience in retail corporate roles or major brand environments is a plus.• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and improve reporting tools.• Passion for fashion, sports retail, or youth culture is highly desirable.• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.Compensation: $41.55/hr.
