Marketing Data Analyst - Contract (10hrs/wk)

We are looking to hire a Marketing Data Analyst to assist our Marketing team with various data needs. This role will be responsible for building data pipelines, building marketing attribution models, A/B testing, and other ad-hoc requests.
Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with various teams to identify data needs and methodologies.
- Project Management: Lead data projects independently, ensuring timely delivery.
- Data Analysis: Collect, structure, and interpret complex data into actionable insights.
- Dashboard Development: Create and maintain dashboards to communicate performance metrics.
- Data Modeling: Develop and maintain data models to support business functions.
- Tool Utilization: Use tools like Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, and Metabase for data management and analysis.
- Continuous Improvement: Automate processes and optimize data delivery.
- Experience: 2+ years in a data analyst role; 1+ years with large datasets and enterprise data warehouse solutions
- Technical Skills: Expert in SQL and familiarity with data tools like Snowflake, dbt, and Metabase.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Project Management: Proven project management skills with a focus on autonomy.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Up to 10 Hours Per Week
- $80-100/hr DOE
