As a rapidly expanding, product-driven SaaS startup, we're on the lookout for a Product Manager to join our dynamic team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our growing company. You'll collaborate closely with a close-knit team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of this industry.

What you will do

As a Product Manager at Smeetz, you will be responsible for the success of our SaaS product. You will work closely with the engineering, design, sales and marketing teams to define and execute the product strategy, develop new features, and improve the user experience.

Your specific responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and executing the product strategy, aligning it with the company's overall business goals in collaboration with the head of product,  CTO & CEO.
  • Prioritizing the product backlog based on customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
  • Working with the engineering team to estimate the effort and timeline for new features, and to ensure that the product roadmap is realistic and achievable.
  • Collaborating with the design team to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
  • Working with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns for the product.
  • Tracking product performance and making adjustments to the strategy as needed.
  • Conduct customer research and gather user feedback.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders about the product roadmap and progress.
  • 4+ years as a Product Manager, preferably in SaaS.
  • Experience with AI or data analytics is highly preferred.
  • Strong product vision, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize.
  • Proficient in the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
  • Skilled in customer research and user feedback analysis.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Analytical, adaptable, and able to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Proactive and collaborative team player.
