Creative Strategist (Social)

Our client, a Global travel and hospitality company in West Fort Lauderdale, is looking for a Creative Strategist (Social) for paid and organic campaigns. You will lead creative ideation and oversee the production of dynamic social media campaigns. This role is on-site in West Fort Lauderdale. This is not a remote position.Responsibilities:• Conceive unique and impactful creative concepts that set the brand apart and engage the target audience• Ideate and strategize innovative campaign ideas across various sectors, ensuring alignment with marketing goals• Assess and recommend the ideal media mix and social platform distribution for optimal campaign effectiveness• Offer clear direction to creative and creator teams to ensure alignment with the campaign's strategic vision• Develop engaging and emotionally resonant brand narratives that connect deeply with consumers• Formulate key messaging and positioning that clearly conveys the brand's value proposition• Leverage consumer insights and market research to guide creative decisions and enhance campaign strategies• Produce and present compelling presentations to stakeholders, detailing the strategic logic behind campaign ideas• Work in close collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless translation of creative concepts into executed campaigns.• Keep abreast of industry trends, new technologies and best practices in advertising and creative strategyRequired Qualifications:• Portfolio deck of creative strategy work• 4+ years of experience leading creative strategy for social media campaigns for a notable consumer brand• Proven experience in creative strategy and social media marketing for a notable brand• Consistently keep abreast of the latest trends and innovations within the social media landscape• Adept at navigating the complexities of developing creative ideas and strategies for diverse brands• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to deliver presentations that captivate and engage audiences• Excellent writing abilities, with a strong emphasis on producing high-quality content regularly• Keen eye for design and aesthetics• Proactive approach with a strong bias for action to enhance team performance• Skilled in creating organizational structures and processes where none exist• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience• Highly proficient in using Google Slides and PowerPointIf you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.The Solomon Page DistinctionSolomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
