We are hiring a Customer Lifecycle Email Manager to join a top media and entertainment company based in Sacramento, CA. This position will run for 12 months with the potential to extend and will be fully remote.• Salary Range: $100K - $112K (hourly equivalent, based on level of experience)Responsibilities:• Partner with CRM Manager, Sales, Customer Success, Content Marketing and Product teams to analyze business and marketing data to identify key drivers, mechanics and associated dependencies for driving conversion, successful campaign creation, retention, and re-purchase• Knowledge of how to effectively manage marketing automation including email triggers and batch campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle via Pardot and other systems• Drive continued innovation in evolving marketing programs most effective at engaging the SMB & agency audiences at scale, such as identifying customer segments for targeting marketing programs and plan customer offers/incentive programs to deliver ROI• Effectively perform and translate analytics into clear insights and actionable recommendations on a regular cadence• Project impact and results from various tactics and advocate for prioritization of martech/product needRequired Qualifications:• 3+ years of experience in an email customer lifecycle marketing role, preferably in an advertising business• Hands-on experience with Pardot, Salesforce• Experience translating customer needs into platform features & solutions• Optimize email programs through continual testing of creative, cadence, offers, targeting, etc.• A strong interest in providing solutions for marketers and growing small businesses• Extensive email deployment experience and understanding of QA processes.• Knowledge of cross-browser and email environments (Firefox, IE, Safari, Chrome, etc.)• Knowledge of email best practices and deliverability.• Outstanding project management skills.• Excellent interpersonal skill with ability to build authentic business relationships and deal effectively with relational challenges as they arise• Self-motivated & organized; can multitask & prioritize• HTML Experience idealIf you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.The Solomon Page DistinctionSolomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
