Inside Sales Representative

Our client, a luxury appliance distribution company, is looking to hire an onsite Inside Sales Rep in East Hanover, New Jersey. We are looking for a self-starting, self-motivating and dependable individual to add to our Inside Sales Team.• Pay rate: $20-23/hr• Contract Role: Temp-to-perm• Location: Onsite in East Hanover, NJResponsibilities:• Order processing VIA EDI (software exchange platform)• Phone correspondence providing product information, ETA'S and other types of information.• Work collaboratively with the outside sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.• Build and maintain rapport with customers.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree• Must have a high sense of urgency to give clients a positive experience.• Problem solving, listening skills, organization, and time management.• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.• Ability and willingness to learn new skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Proven experience in an inside/outside sales role, selling products or services is a plus• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite• Preferred proficiency with SAGE• Internal Communications, Verbal Communication, Listening Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Time Management Skills, Organizational Skills, Coachable, Sales Planning, Prospecting Skills, Persistence, High Emotional Intelligence, Team PlayerIf you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.The Solomon Page DistinctionSolomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
