Reporting to the firm’s Principal Attorney, the Legal Director will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the firm, including, without limitation, working closely with and leading a team of Managing Attorneys in the firm’s offices, budgeting and finance, and developing and managing systems and related initiatives to enable the firm’s attorneys to deliver best in class legal services across the states in which the firm represents clients.

Compensation consists of an annual base salary range of $250,000 to $270,000, and a 30% bonus target. The total compensation package will vary and depend on the candidate’s level of seniority, number of years of directly relevant experience, and location. Some travel among offices is anticipated
