Sotheby’s is seeking an enthusiastic Marketplace Client Service and Operations Associate to enhance the customer experience in a fast-growing e-commerce marketplace within an established auction house.

Field phone and email enquiries from customers
Process refunds, returns, and cancellations
Keep customers updated on orders
Conduct fraud checks on high-risk orders
Handle import paperwork
Troubleshoot logistics issues
