Works with reporting and ETL to deliver requirements for DevOps tasks or project deliverables. Breaks down tasks into manageable bodies of work and begins sharing the work/ solution to mentor other team members. Assists in supporting all ETL/ELT processes used the load ODSs, Dashboards or KPI.30%Reviews and understands BRD/TRD created by business partners or application development teams. Works with BI team to source the data used in reporting and expose in the User View to be used by the reporting projects. Works with the requirements for sending data to vendors and works with the Middleware team to ensure data privacy and security during transfer of files.30%Explains complex problems and develops solutions that are simple to understand and learn and yield the expected results. Provides training to users of the tools used to perform ad-hoc queries and ensures they understand how to develop efficient code that doesnt need continual care and feeding. Participates in project review meetings as needed and communicates status on progress or any roadblock and escalate as necessary.20%Executes regression, performance and unit testing and provides documented performance metrics of reports and Dashboards to ensure BI applications developed dont break existing reports and performs with superior performance.10%Maintains an industry view of products and new techniques to ensure we are the among the leaders in the industry.
