Employees must reside in, and work from, one of the above approved states.The opportunityThe Military Partnerships Marketing Manager will be a part of the University Partnerships Operations and Implementation team, supporting SNHU's key targeted audiences and partnerships within the primary segments of military and government, both operationally and in the field, in addition to serving as secondary support for Corporate and Community College segment marketing. You will manage the implementation of daily marketing efforts to expand SNHU's reach of military and government audiences across the student journey, and support partnership development, operations, communications, and field teams to deliver strategic targeted marketing within assigned segments. You will report to the Senior Partnerships Marketing Manager. #LI-RemoteWhat you'll do:• Help with strategy and operations, and partner with others on tactics, culminating in details to bring engaging marketing materials to life.• Apply audience insights to help develop and implement marketing plans for University Partnerships' primary segments according to our goals. Identify and coordinate marketing activities to generate demand and promote University programs within assigned segments.• Work with Sr. Partnerships Marketing Manager to identify and oversee the development, integration, and maintenance of marketing assets and other engagement tactics for use in several channels. Review creative together with appropriate marketing teams to ensure strategy goals are met and messaging is effectively communicated and on brand.• Support the creation, delivery and maintenance of digital assets, web pages, webinars, press releases, mass media, email, content, and other marketing materials for use in various channels while ensuring consistency of brand message.• Help with university-wide initiatives, including supporting SNHU's military partner sponsorships, its associated marketing campaigns, annual surveys for national Military distinctions and DoD marketing compliance guidance.• Partner with others across University Partnerships to track the effectiveness and return on investment of campaigns and efforts and recommend changes. Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activity and results, including providing relevant data to strategy and field teams for meetings with partners.• Help with sales enablement for assigned segments based on field input and develop sales and promotional tools to support the field recruitment and engagement process. As applicable, ensures field group has the necessary supplies to support outreach activities, including directly coordinating swag and other marketing assets with external vendors for the larger University Partnerships team.• Support new partner launch process within assigned segments.• Help identify and support any emerging gaps within the Partnerships Operations team.• This role may be asked to support other university-wide initiatives to represent Partnerships marketing needs related to strategy, communications, tracking and data collection.• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations.
