Having opened with just 2 staff and 25 UK based venues we have been on a rollercoaster journey and have now grown to a team of 70, working with over 1000 of the world’s leading spa hotels. The Business Development Manager, reporting to the Head of Product and Commercial, is responsible for driving substantial growth in our UK and Ireland hotel and spa portfolio, with a focus on London and the South East. This exciting opportunity includes developing strategies to meet company growth targets, securing new partners on optimal commercial terms, and reporting to the Head of Product and Commercial to identify key regions for growth.

Your role is instrumental in expanding our portfolio of hotels and spas in the UK and Ireland, with a special focus on London and the South East. You'll create strategic business development plans, set objectives linked to KPIs, and engage deeply with potential partners to secure lucrative deals. Not only will you manage the complete sales process, but you'll also report directly to the Head of Product and Commercial, helping identify growth regions and opportunities. We value creativity and insight, so your regular feedback to the product team will drive meaningful product development. A successful Business Development Manager thrives on challenges - whether attending industry trade shows, negotiating partnerships, or visiting key venues, your passion and drive will ensure Spabreaks.com continues to excel. We're looking for someone with a strong sales background, good negotiation skills, and ideally some experience in the travel or spa industry. A hybrid working model allows flexibility, and our office visits in Brighton will help you stay connected with the team.
