GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY: Assist Finance personnel with administrative and accounting responsibilities from May to early August.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Data entry: Excel, Word, and entering Accounts Payable invoices and filing of Checks.
Assist in Accounting Functions within department including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Cashiering and General Ledger functions
Preparing reports using Excel and Word.
Miscellaneous Projects or Assignments: Invoices filling; Organizing storage area; Delivery of items to Space Needle, Assisting with Cash audits and Research projects.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

Able to commit from June 1 to August 5th without interruption
Pursuing an Undergraduate Degree in Accounting with a minimum G.P.A. of 3.00.
Have Excel and Word Skills
Verbal and Written Communication skills
Strong problem-solving ability
Ethical conduct
Ability to keep confidential information private
Quick, accurate keyboard skills and Ten Key by touch
Ability to learn quickly and retain knowledge
Willingness to tackle all tasks - large and small
Enthusiasm and energy
Team player with professional attitude

Full Time, Hourly Position

Pay Range: $22 - $24 / hour, Depending on Experience
