Who We Are Looking For?

We are looking for a passionate Social Media Coordinator who loves social media and possesses a strong visual and creative talent. The ideal candidate should have graphical skills and an interest in producing engaging video and blog content. You need to be quick-witted to effectively capture and convey SPACE44 and the founder's tone of voice. You should thrive in a creative environment and be eager to engage with our brand on LinkedIn and other social media platforms. This is a part-time position ideal for candidates seeking a flexible work arrangement. You'll work alongside the owner and collaborate with our Brand and Marketing strategist and others within our distributed team to enhance our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • LinkedIn Management: Develop the SPACE44 brand on LinkedIn through both business and personal accounts. Focus on managing visual content and interactions, guided by a LinkedIn brand-building specialist.

  • Content Creation and Engagement: Plan and create innovative social media content that captures our brand essence, focusing on engaging media and graphics. Learn from experts how to produce video content for social media, blogs, and podcasts.

  • AI Tools and Strategic Learning: Gain expertise in using AI tools to enhance social media output and efficiency, and align your strategies with business goals through collaboration with the Brand and Marketing strategist.

  • Network Engagement: Connect with opinion leaders and engage with communities within our target demographic to foster meaningful relationships and brand visibility.

  • Paid Ads Execution: Participate in executing paid ad campaigns on retail and social media platforms to promote our brand effectively.

Requirements & Key Skills:

  • Passion for social media and strong creative talent.

  • Graphical skills and an interest in producing video and blog content.

  • Proven minimum of 1-2 years of experience in social media management.

  • Background in social media management, communication design, media design, or similar, alternatively a creative social media super talent.

  • Willingness to work with AI tools for content creation, ideally with initial experience.

  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

  • Effective communication and visual storytelling skills.

  • Excellent proficiency in both German and English.
