The position of Director Region Marketing will be based out of our Carrolton, TX location!

Summary
The Director Region Marketing is responsible for working closely with the Region President and regional sales leadership to strategize and formulate marketing strategies to support the business sales efforts and goals for the region. Provide all needed marketing support and leadership to regional sales teams and branches. Lead regional marketing team. Coordinate marketing strategy with corporate and other regions to me company sales goals.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Responsible for supporting branch and region marketing and sales strategies
  • Manage region marketing funds strategically and responsibly to support region marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with key suppliers to align shared business needs through education, promotions, and awareness on strategic products
  • Strategize and collaborate with key functions in the business such as procurement, operations, and sales to meet region goals
  • Coordinate strategies and creative with corporate marketing and leadership
  • Develop and lead regional marketing team
  • Work with other regional marketing directors and leadership to create corporate marketing center of excellence
  • Educate and promote digital sales and digital tools through comprehensive marketing strategy
  • Maintain, enrich, and expand regional customer database
  • Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need

  • High School or GED    
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of sales or marketing experience
  • Previous supervisory/management experience required
  • Corporate marketing experience preferred
  • Electrical or industrial products sales or marketing experience preferred
