Job Summary:

The mission of the Roving Self-Storage Property Manager is to continue to grow our operational excellence and drive property performance. This position will be located in Tyler, TX. Managers utilize strong interpersonal skills while interacting with customers, assisting them in identifying storage needs while providing real-time, cost-effective solutions. Resolving issues, answering questions, and providing general information regarding our company and policies are included in daily responsibilities. Managers are active during the day, taking time to inspect, clean out and prepare units for lease, and maintaining the property grounds and buildings. Ensuring the highest standard of quality in cleanliness, safety, and visual appearance is a priority.

Key Results:

  • Consistently achieve 60% lead & reservation to move in conversion ratio
  • Achieve and maintain 92% -unit occupancy or higher and continue to grow revenue month over month
  • Maintain 4% or less monthly delinquency

Objectives and Responsibilities:

  • Perform grassroots marketing in the local area and attend community events
  • Day to day light maintenance and repair of the facility including routine inspections adhering to audit standards
  • Create excellence in Customer Experience, with a mindset of being customer centric Promote and drive awareness of the FreeUp Storage brand
  • Ability to keep and maintain accurate digital records

Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver's license
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required

$17-$19/Hour. Hourly position with bonus potential. The schedule for this position is Tuesday to Friday 9am to 6pm. Health/Dental/Vision benefits. 401K. PTO. Uniform stipend. Annual Netflix subscription. Annual Amazon Prime subscription. Greatest culture in the industry!
