Job Description Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Floating Leasing Consultant to join our team and support the operations at specific multi-family properties located in Minneapolis, Hopkins, Wyzata, and Burnsville, MN. This role requires strong sales and leasing skills, and is responsible for all aspects of leasing, including showing and leasing apartments through effective selling and closing techniques, processing applications, interacting with current and prospective residents and vendors, and promoting positive, proactive resident relations.

Essential Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • 1+ years’ experience working as a leasing consultant at a multifamily community of 100+ units
  • Marketing and sales skills to promote vacant units and maintain high occupancy rates
  • Generate leads and conduct tours for walk-ins as well as following up with leads via phone and email
  • Engage current and future resident in community activities and events and have fun with it!
  • Assist with outreach marketing campaigns and market surveys
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster positive relationships with residents and collaborate effectively with team members
  • Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with property management software, such as Yardi, RealPage, Lead2Lease, CRM, etc.
  • Must have a valid driver's license - Must be able to travel to different property locations
