As a Resident Assistant, you’ll work part-time or full-time, primarily during afternoon and night shifts. Your days will be filled with assisting residents in their daily activities, such as grooming and bathing, while ensuring their living spaces are comfortable. Not only will you provide hands-on care, but you’ll also help transport residents to various activities and dining areas, making their day more vibrant. You’ll be the first responder to emergency calls and any concerns raised by residents and visitors, so a calm and composed demeanor is essential. Following care plans and monitoring vital signs will be part of your routine, ensuring that every resident receives personalized attention. If you hold a high school diploma and have experience working with the elderly, along with a preferred CPR certification, we’d love to see you on our team.
