As the Sales Director, you will spearhead our community sales efforts, working closely with placement agencies and engaging with potential residents to ensure they feel welcomed and informed. You’ll analyze market trends to develop targeted outreach plans, ensuring our community reaches full occupancy and maintains a growing waitlist. Your days will be dynamic—from organizing the readiness of apartments to conducting thorough tours of our lovely community and model apartments. Communication is key in this role, as you’ll be collaborating with residents, team members, and outside agencies. Plus, we value your independence and problem-solving abilities! A successful Sales Director will typically have a high school diploma, with a bachelor's degree preferred, coupled with strong technology skills to effectively track sales activities.
