You'll work alongside a dedicated group, contributing to the development of robust compensation structures that support our diverse workforce. We're looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related HR field, and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Finance is essential. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with compensation practices? Great! You'll need those skills to navigate large datasets with ease. Your excellent analytical abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication skills will help you explain complex compensation details to different audiences in an engaging way. Plus, you’ll assist with various processes, including annual salary reviews and incentive programs.
