Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager

As the Sr. Demand Generation Marketing Manager at Spreetail, you will take charge of creating and executing strategies that drive qualified sales leads and revenue growth. You will develop multi-channel marketing campaigns, optimize performance metrics, and collaborate closely with sales and other teams to achieve business objectives. Your ability to strategize, execute, and analyze will play a critical role in scaling our marketing efforts and achieving customer acquisition goals. 


How you will achieve success: 
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement demand generation strategies to drive leads and align with sales goals, collaborating with marketing, sales, and operations teams.
  • Campaign Development: Create and manage inbound/outbound campaigns (paid media, email, content), engaging prospects through webinars, events, and digital channels, including account-based marketing (ABM) for key accounts.
  • Lead Generation & Management: Achieve lead generation targets, implement lead scoring and nurturing strategies to optimize conversions.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Track and analyze campaign performance, optimize for maximum ROI and reduced customer acquisition costs (CAC).
  • Budget & Technology Management: Manage marketing budgets, forecast performance, leverage automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems for campaign execution and reporting.

  • Proven Expertise: Extensive experience in demand generation and pipeline growth, with a track record of executing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with marketing tools like Marketo, Eloqua, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Strategic and Analytical Mindset: Adept at analyzing complex datasets, forecasting performance, and translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to partner with sales teams and other marketing functions to align goals and drive results.


$90,000 - $140,000 a year
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $90,000/year to $140,000/year. Pay is based on a number of factors including geographic market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Spreetail is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
