Software Engineer II

Spring Health is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join their passionate and mission-driven team. The ideal candidate will help define product and engineering roadmaps, find elegant solutions to mental healthcare problems, and work on expanding the capabilities of various applications.

Skills

Experience with Ruby on Rails
Experience with React and Typescript
Knowledge of Docker & AWS
Familiarity with GraphQL API design
Agile team experience
Test-driven development and pair programming skills

Responsibilities

Design and expand capabilities of API built with Ruby on Rails
Build on the foundation of a well-tested codebase to ensure scalability
Identify areas for growth and advocate for them on the engineering roadmap
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
