Staff Software Engineer, Stealth Venture

Spring Health is seeking an experienced Staff Software Engineer to work on a high-impact mental health product within a dynamic, agile team environment. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader passionate about innovation and driving strategic architecture decisions.

Skills

Deep understanding of modern healthcare SaaS platforms and architecture
Experience in AI/ML tools
Experience in mental health technology

Responsibilities

Drive a 0-1 high-impact product initiative
Mentor team members on maintaining and improving quality
Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for rapid innovation
Set technical standards and vision in partnership with leadership
Identify process improvements and exhibit leadership
Manage risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs in project delivery

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
