Senior Product Manager, Engagement + Growth

At Sprinter Health, our mission is to dramatically expand access to healthcare by reimagining the patient experience—delivered at home and powered by technology for scale.

We're looking for an energetic, creative, and entrepreneurial product manager (PM) to take ownership of the mission-critical patient engagement and growth capability across our products and services. This is a role that promises day 1 impact and has an uncapped upper bound on individual trajectory, influence, and development.

About us:

We're building the technology and clinical services stack to make preventive, connected healthcare accessible for everyone in the US. We deliver hybrid care (in-home + virtual) backed by data products across 15+ states, serving 60%+ of the US population through major health plans and systems. With 1M+ patients and 92+ NPS, we're rapidly scaling our impact. Our team of technologists, clinicians, and operators is backed by investors including a16z, General Catalyst, GV, and Accel that have backed companies like Devoted Health, Livongo, Benchling, Stripe, Ramp, Airbnb, Lyft, Instagram, and Databricks.

Your mission, if you choose to accept:

As a Senior Product Manager, Engagement + Growth, your true north star will be to build, optimize, and scale the Sprinter engagement engine that reaches, activates, and retains individuals in their pursuit of proactively caring for their health. You will have responsibility for both the conversion and the experience of the engagement journey.

Today, we employ an omnichannel, technology-forward approach across digital (email, SMS) and outbound patient outreach (calls). We’ve built an excellent technology and ops foundation as a launching point that is driving best-in-class engagement rates, but there are many immediately impactable adjacencies that await.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable at the strategic level (owning multi-year vision + roadmap), energized by having hands-on optimization levers around the conversion funnel and patient experience, and excited about driving engagement platform/infrastructure decisions.

From day one, you will be stepping into a role with direct impact opportunity with hundreds of thousands of addressable patients, a culture of tech-forwardness balanced with a deep respect for what it means to drive patient impact, and a robust engagement tech foundation to build upon. It’s the ultimate sandbox for growth and impact.

There’s no ceiling for impact or growth in this role and there are additional leadership and management opportunities depending on experience level.

Time to Build!

Justin Larkin, Chief Product Officer

Role responsibilities:
  • Engagement vision + strategy + roadmap: Own the Engagement + Growth vision, strategy, and roadmap across our various products and engagement channels (email, SMS, agent, automated calls, etc.).
  • Experimentation + data: Drive experimentation culture and data-informed product decisions, test optimizations, and iterate on engagement approaches while building patient trust.
  • Patient experience: Own end-to-end patient engagement from acquisition through service completion. Drive high-quality product specifications and design deliverables that create intuitive, personalized experiences earning continued care relationships.
  • Engagement platform: Work alongside our engineering and data teams to see around corners on backend infrastructure and front-end engagement tooling for our engagement specialists.
  • Broad stakeholder engagement: Interface with a broad range of stakeholders from patients and front-line Sprinters to cross-functional and leadership team members to executive sponsors at our partner clients. Support partner needs around engagement and reporting.
  • Metrics you will directly influence: Reach rate, booking rate, terminal conversion rate, CAC, and NPS.

About you:
  • Proven track record: 5+ years of product management experience with 2+ years of hands-on experience conceptualizing and implementing growth strategies with KPI-level impact.
  • Omnichannel experience: Comfort across digital and outbound engagement approaches spanning email, SMS, and calls. Ideally, experience optimizing tech-forward call center flows and deploying AI-first engagement tooling.
  • Customer expertise: Experience driving engagement and acquisition in a B2B2C context, ideally with enterprise healthcare customers (e.g. large health plans, employers, or health systems) where you are tasked with engaging off of a defined eligibility list.
  • Experimentation DNA: Track record of robust experimentation and data-driven product development at the 1-to-n scale.
  • Culture carrier: Preferred development and growth path is by ambitiously setting vision, prioritizing, and driving impact as a team with a true north centered on patient impact. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and scrub in across team needs, even when they sit outside of your role description or job title.

Bonus points if you have:
  • Startup experience, especially those that have gone through rapid growth.
  • SQL or Python fluency, or experience with Five9, StatSig, Zendesk, or Kibana.
  • A favorite Lord of the Rings character.
