We are seeking a skilled CMM Operator to join our team in Valencia, CA supporting one of our industry leading aerospace and defense clients. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of PC-DMIS software and be proficient in utilizing CMM and Roamer Arm equipment for inspection tasks. This role does not require programming but demands expertise in verifying non-conformances with CMMs and precision hand tools.


What to Expect
  • This is a full-time position, in which you will be working the 2nd shift (12 PM - 9 PM).
  • The products inspected include energy absorption, vibration isolation, and noise attenuation components for commercial aircraft, business jets, and helicopter applications.
  • Background checks and ITAR compliance are required for this position.


What You'll Do
  • Operate CMM and Roamer Arm equipment using PC-DMIS Software for inspections
  • Perform in-process and final source inspections of mechanical parts
  • Verify non-conformances (NCs) using hand tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and thread gauges
  • Support 2nd shift operations and work closely with the quality team to maintain product standards
