Sr Administrative Assistant

What You'll Do:
We’re looking for a Sr. Admin Assistant to join our Global Brand & Experience (Marketing) team! In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to impact the overall success of the department as well as the leaders who you will directly support. This is a great opportunity to work with and support a dynamic group of leaders and team members!

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Apply strategic calendar & email management, meeting support and task management
  • Provide strong, effective administrative support including drafting of internal correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Proactively identify areas where additional support can be provided
  • Plan, coordinate, and organize events and meetings, secure travel arrangements, and create itineraries.
  • Partner closely with other Administrative Assistants; strong networking skills and relationship building
  • Maintain various departmental processes, including business continuity planning, new hire/termination processes, coordination of interviews, event planning, etc.
  • Assist, including ability to take the lead, on special projects; effectively communicate vision and articulate end goal with targeted deadlines
  • Manage agendas, materials, workflows, and meetings of key committees

Who You Are:
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
  • 3+ years related experience required
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to gather and consolidate data from various sources
  • Detail oriented and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all deadlines are met, and accuracy is maintained.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Skills:

  • Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong Relationship Management experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of company and department policies and procedures and business vocabulary is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal direction.
  • Ability to research and resolve problems and make recommendations for solutions to issues.
  • Self-starter, with demonstrated ability to prioritize assignments, adapt to changes and multi-task throughout each day.
Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range: $20.84 - $39.81 / hour Additional Information:
Location
This role is hiring for our Des Moines, IA office location. There is an opportunity for a hybrid work arrangement with a minimum of 3 days a week in office.
