Sr. Demand Generation Manager - Remote

About Kojo

It's time to build. Whether it's creating more housing, upgrading our infrastructure, or adapting to climate change, one thing is clear: the construction industry is at the center of solving our biggest problems. We’re making buildings cheaper and easier to build by transforming the way commercial construction companies buy their materials. Join us.

Founded in 2018, Kojo is now one of the fastest-growing construction technology companies in the world. Construction accounts for $10 trillion in global spend annually and we can’t live without its output - our roads, schools, hospitals, and offices. Despite this, there’s been very little innovation over the past 70 years in how materials - which constitute up to 40% of project costs - are bought and sold. This is our opportunity.

Kojo is hiring a Sr. Demand Generation Manager to own the strategy and execution in acquiring a strong B2B pipeline.

About the role

This role will report to the VP of Marketing: owning demand generation, strategy across multiple paid and owned channels, and designing and optimizing funnels rooted in an ABM approach.

This role will include:

  • Setting goals, objectives, and KPIs for the function in partnership with Marketing leadership
  • Monitoring and analyzing the results of all demand generation activity across paid and organic channels
  • Leading channel optimization and new channel development
  • Working with Marketing Operations and Sales teams to ensure that we are delivering the right prospects to the business, and to understand how they progress through the funnel
  • Managing contractor, freelancer, and agency performance

About you

A data-obsessed, full-funnel growth marketer who is highly analytical, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented will thrive in the role.

What you've accomplished:

  • 3-5 years experience in B2B SaaS digital marketing, preferably at a company with an Enterprise Sales motion
  • Expertise with B2B performance marketing channels such as LinkedIn Ads, Youtube Ads, Paid Search.
  • Familiarity with the following tools: Hubspot, BI (e.g., Supermetrics, Looker Studio, Tableau), ABM (6Sense or Demandbase), SEO (e.g., Ahref, SEMrush, Moz), website AB testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO). Direct mail platforms like Alyce and Sendoso a plus
  • Independent management of paid media budget and forecasting performance via analysis and modeling
  • Experience in setting performance goals for yourself or a small team
  • Deep understanding of efficiency metrics like ROI, ROAS, and CAC
  • Experience in planning and executing website conversion rate and new digital channel experiments
  • Understanding of SEO principles, KPIs, and technical best practices

What you care about:

  • Impact: You accomplish amazing amounts of important work by measuring results and making evidence-based decisions
  • Accountability: You are motivated by having the space to make your best judgments about what should be done and how to do it
  • Growth: You are excited by problems because they’re opportunities for improvement
