Job Summary:
As the Sr. Product Marketing Manager at Reputation, you will be responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive product awareness, adoption, and growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Marketing to develop compelling product narratives, assets, and campaigns that resonate with our target audiences and contribute to growth. This position reports to the VP of Product & Industry Marketing with responsibilities that include development and execution of product launches, sales enablement, product collateral, and competitive analysis.
We are seeking an expert story-teller that can clearly and succinctly articulate the value of Reputation’s offerings to the market. You should be highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. You are a positive and collaborative team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Marketing, and able to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop value-based product positioning and messaging that clearly differentiates Reputation's products from competitors, and personalize for key industry verticals and multiple personas
Conduct market research and customer interviews to gain a deep understanding of the unique needs and pain points across different customer segments, while creating targeted messaging and assets that speak directly to those audiences.
Plan and execute go-to-market plans for product launches, including messaging, sales enablement materials, and market-facing collateral across various channels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure successful execution of product launches
Partner with Sales teams to develop impactful sales enablement tools such as pitch decks, case studies, and product videos that clearly communicate the value of our products to prospects and customers across personas and verticals
Partner with Product Management to influence product roadmap with market and voice of customer insights. Deeply understand product strategy, features, benefits, and value propositions and translate them into customer-facing messaging and assets
Partner with Growth & Corporate Marketing teams to support demand gen campaigns, and develop content assets that support product marketing initiatives and key themes, such as primary long & short form assets, product demo videos, and webinars
Measure and report on the effectiveness of product marketing campaigns, including engagement, conversion rates, and revenue impact
Develop relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure cross-functional alignment and successful execution of product marketing initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, MBA a plus
7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, with a strong emphasis on product launches and go-to-market strategy development
Experience in storytelling and asset development, including creating compelling narratives, product messaging, and sales collateral
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and succinctly
Strong leadership skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
