Staff, Software Development Engineer

Perform development, automation and monitoring of key business features of Schwab Retirement Technologies adhering to the modern development and coding practices; Mentor junior developers helping them in day-to-day development activities and conducting training programs to help them understand new standards of modern software development; Work and build partnership with key business stakeholders and architects in developing common understanding of domain services and business requirements; Perform load testing of existing/new features to benchmark the response times and availability of platform and services; and Contribute towards the overall vision of enterprise architecture by partnering with architects and building software adhering to the enterprise Schwab standards and practices.

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related role. Skills: Experience and/or education must include: ASP.Net/.Net framework & .Net Core; Angular 7/8; HTML5; JavaScript; Microsoft C#; SQL & SQL Server; and Bitbucket, Bamboo, & Jenkins.
